Last night I had Abba’s Super Trouper pop into my head and since I hadn’t actually ripped the entirety of Abba Gold I pulled out the CD and apologized to Mike in advance.

This morning it was still rattling around in my head and I decided to save my sanity I’d rip it and pull it and a few more Abba songs on my blank sob iPod.

I plugged my iPod in preparing to do a quick transfer of maybe 20 songs when iTunes registered all of my data on the iPod. YIPPEEEEEE!!!!!!! I don’t know how it went from completely wiped at work yesterday, but there it was – playlists and all. Perhaps someone sacrificed a chicken at the altar of Steve Jobs on my behalf, perhaps it had been without charge for so long that it needed time to re-index the contents. I don’t know, but thanks to some mysterious force in the universe I can mellow out to ABBA all day.
