  • Won’t you be my neighbor?

This afternoon I discovered that my very nice neighbors will be moving this summer. While I’m happy that neighbor guy found a job in a very small, competitive field, I’m sad to see them go. They are great neighbors and nice people.

So, this opens up a spot in our small neighborhood. For those of you who know our address and are interested in the house, they’re one house north of us and we share a driveway.

I don’t know the details of exactly when they’re going, but going they are and it would be awesome if someone we knew moved in next door. So, if you find yourself in the market for a 3br 1ba house with a roomy 1 car garage and a fenced yard in an awesome neighborhood with many, many cool neighbors, I suggest you make plans to move this summer!

Note: I don’t know anything about price, so don’t ask me. :)

There's one in my 'hood too!

Across the street. It’s a 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, fenced in private yard. So if you want to be MY neighbor, let me know. =)

I wonder who reads this site that needs a house…. hmmm….? Perhaps Musevia knows someone!

Well, Musevia would prefer the house in your ‘hood.
I can think of 2 people who read this blog who could theoretically want to move into this neighborhood.
Of course, they’d both have to sell their current places first.

I’m so jealous of you guys having friends so close by! I have lots of neighbors with kids in college….

It’s so very “Melrose Place” (without the drama, of course) to have your close friends as your neighbors.

Unfortunately, you do have to sell before you can buy (unless you’re rich).

I’d like to sell my place, but with the way the market’s been, I’ve been procrastinating and haven’t done anything about it yet…

You could always put it up for sale just to see what happens… Although it does look like the market is a bit saturated at the moment.
